By accessing or using the LINKchain platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

LINKchain provides a platform for:

Investment Management: Professionally managed cryptocurrency and stock portfolios
Copy Trading: The ability to mirror trades of verified traders on the platform
Funded Trading: Trading challenges where successful participants trade with platform capital

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

Past performance is not indicative of future results
The value of investments can go down as well as up
You may lose all of your invested capital
LINKchain does not guarantee any returns or profits
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are processed via MaxelPay and are subject to network confirmation times
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 business hours
Network fees for cryptocurrency transfers are borne by the user
We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing large withdrawals

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform, trading systems, or other users
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without prior written consent
Create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits or restrictions
Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by LINKchain. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LINKchain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited on the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LINKchain does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
